Motorad Performance provides professional workshop services including ECU tuning, dyno tuning, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, suspension works, engine works, parts installation and many more.

By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


📅 Booking & Scheduling

  • All services are by appointment or confirmed schedule
  • Walk-ins are accepted but subject to availability
  • Bookings are not final until confirmed by our team
  • We will contact you to confirm your schedule after submission

⏱️ Service Time

  • Service duration varies depending on the bike and scope of work
  • Estimated timelines will be provided, but may change based on actual conditions
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen issues or additional findings during service

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show

  • Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
  • Late arrivals may be rescheduled depending on workload
  • Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings

🔧 Scope of Work

  • Services will be performed based on agreed scope and assessment
  • Additional work may be recommended if necessary
  • Any additional work will require customer approval before proceeding

⚙️ Parts & Installation

  • Customers may supply their own parts, subject to inspection and approval
  • Motorad Performance is not liable for issues arising from customer-supplied parts
  • Professional installation is strongly recommended for all components

📊 Tuning & Performance Disclaimer

  • Results may vary depending on bike condition, fuel quality, and existing modifications
  • Dyno and ECU tuning are performed using professional tools and best practices, but specific performance gains are not guaranteed
  • Performance tuning may increase wear on certain components depending on usage

⚠️ Liability

  • Motorad Performance is not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing issues or hidden defects
  • Failures due to improper prior work or modifications
  • Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance

💸 Payments

  • Service fees will be communicated prior to work
  • Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed

🅿️ Storage & Claiming

  • Customers will be notified once work on the bike is completed and a pickup schedule will be arranged
  • Bikes must be claimed on the agreed pickup date
  • A storage fee of ₱100.00 per day will apply for bikes not claimed after the agreed schedule
