We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

❗Change of Mind Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable and compatible with their motorcycle before purchase.

🔧 Eligibility for Returns

Items may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days from receipt of item
  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Item is in resalable condition
  • Complete with original box, tags, manuals, and accessories

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Installed or used items
  • Electrical components (ECUs, sensors, tuning devices, etc.)
  • Special order or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

🔄 Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturer defects (subject to inspection)

All exchange requests are subject to approval.

💸 Refunds

Approved returns may be refunded via:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit (if applicable)

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable courier (e.g., LBC, J&T)

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Professional installation is highly recommended for all performance parts
  • Motorad Performance is not liable for damages caused by improper installation
  • Performance results may vary depending on bike condition and setup
